A Safe Welcome
All the team at Trike Tours Scotland would like to say a massive welcome. We are delighted and honoured to be opening the business again, through one of the hardest challenges we have ever encountered. We have been touring the Loch’s, Glens, City’s & Villages since 2006. As always but particularly at this time, our main priority is to ensure a safe environment for you whilst on your Trike Tour.
This guideline sets out measures introduced for the safety of our customers and our team and your cooperation in observing them will be much appreciated. The protocol will be updated as we evolve safety measures in line with Governmental directives and UK guidelines.
If prior to your tour you have any questions not covered in this protocol, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The Team
All of our team are assessed and are monitored constantly to ensure safe work practices.
Every endeavour will be made to ensure you enjoy the Trike Tour experience without inconvenience. However, due to social distancing and sanitising control measures, some items may take a little longer than usual, or be delivered in a different way. Please bear with us in this regard; we are acting with your health and safety top of mind.
Before You Arrive
We will ask you to contact us ASAP if you have Coronavirus symptoms or have been in close contact with anyone infected during the last 7 days prior to your tour. We will not perform any health checks on arrival.
All equipment supplied will be washed & disinfected – ensuring no bacteria or viruses on surfaces. The Trike’s are all washed daily & all surfaces disinfected prior to each tour.
On Arrival
As normal, we will endeavour to welcome all customers upon arrival beside our trikes. The welcome will be warm & hearty... but without handshakes.
If you have a bag, we will ask that you leave it in your car. We will direct you on how to put on your hygienic head liner before putting on our new helmets. We now ask all customers to bring your own gloves. The jackets will be provided or stowed should you wish to wear your own.
During Your Tour
We will still be taking pictures of you on your tour & supplying Tea / Coffee at a refreshment stop using disposable cups etc. We would also ask all customers to carry their own face mask. (Not required to put on during the tour unless you wish.) If there is anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate in contacting us.
Please use the bathroom prior to the start of any tour as we can’t guarantee that all public toilets will be open.
If you experience any symptoms that may be related to COVID-19, please advise us as soon as this occurs & we will advise

Needless to say, if there are any problems during your tour or anything we can do to make it more comfortable whilst you’re on the trike tour, please let us know immediately.
